Course Overview
The training is designed to enhance your dispatcher’s skill set through group exercises, self-assessment tools and discussion groups.

Module 5: Managing the Service Manager
Managing Upward/Benchmark Self-Evaluation

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place.  Due to additional expenses involved with this course, if you need to cancel please send written notification to MCAS at least 14 business days prior to the course start date for a full refund.
