SaskEnergy & TSASK Air Test Verification Process
This is a reminder that starting May 1, 2025, SaskEnergy will no longer be required to witness air test verification for the following situations:
- The installation of a new residential meter; or
- For properties where gas service has been inactive for over a year.
You will still need to request a work order with SaskEnergy, but a specific appointment time is not needed.
In addition, mandatory information will be required when requesting a work order with SaskEnergy to help maintain safety and integrity during the installation process.
How to Request a Work Order

- Call 1-888-700-0427 (option #3) and speak to a SaskEnergy Customer Service Representative.
